- 1 pound of British sausages (pork or your preferred variety)
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup beef broth (or chicken broth for a lighter flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Begin by slicing the onions thinly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and brown the sausages on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Once browned, transfer the sausages to your slow cooker. Layer the sliced onions on top.
- In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, then pour over the sausages and onions.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, check the sausages for doneness and serve hot.
