4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

Chopped cilantro (for topping)
Sliced radishes (for topping)
Spicy salsa (for topping)
Tortillas (for tacos or burritos)
Instructions
Prepare the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, chopped cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
Marinate the steak: Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat your grill: Prepare your outdoor grill for high heat, aiming for about 450°F (232°C).
Grill the steak: Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess drip off. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Rest the steak: Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes.
Slice and serve: Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and serve immediately with toppings.
