  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Press the dough onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a round pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Bake the cookie crust for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s set and the edges are slightly firm. Allow to cool completely.
  8. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  9. Once the cookie crust is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
  10. Sprinkle the crushed cookies generously over the frosting. Top with scoops of ice cream.
  11. Finish by drizzling chocolate sauce over the ice cream and cookies.
  12. Cut the dessert pizza into slices and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.
