Ingredients

4 cups mixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, and romaine)
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Optional: 1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the balsamic vinaigrette by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens. Ensure they are washed and dried thoroughly.
Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the bowl with the greens. Gently toss to distribute evenly.
Sprinkle the toasted walnuts, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds over the salad.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and optional dried cranberries.
Before serving, drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad. Toss gently to coat the ingredients.
