2 cups grilled chicken, diced (about 2 medium chicken breasts)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine diced grilled chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
If not using pre-grilled chicken, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken mixture for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.
Fold the tortilla over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to secure the filling.
